In the corporate world most coaching and high-touch training programs are directed toward the managerial level and upward. That certainly makes sense right up until the moment it doesn’t. It is something of a blind-spot in the corporate training/coaching world.
While there is a need for high quality, high-touch training and coaching at the sub-executive level, there usually isn’t much budget available, mostly because the perception of investment for this service is perceived to be the same as the executive level fees, but multiplied by the number of participants.
idENTITY Consulting was created to address this blind spot. Our belief is by working with each individual in a department, division, or company, we can align the employee culture with the business plan. In our experience, giving high quality training and coaching to individuals who may not be at or near the top of the corporate ladder has significant results aligning people with management in their department or company.
